Complaints

Banks, other financial institutions and other types of companies that are clients of VP Securities may direct their complaint directly to VP Securities. It may for example, be a complaint about a decision to register, change or delete a right.

Private persons or companies that are not clients of VP Securities are requested to appeal through their bank, or through the company that they have a commitment with and who have a direct customer relationship with VP Securities.
